Moving for Resiliency - The Basics - A Movement Series for Women

In this 6 week committed series, we explore MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE for nourishing body, mind, heart and spirit.  Movement inquiries will include cultivating nervous system resiliency through unlocking patterns of constriction, following curiosity and wonder, writing, drawing, and remembering the song-lines of the body stories that weave our lives.  Inquiries will be drawn from practices of Authentic Movement, Soul Motion and Somatic Experiencing.

2nd & 4th Tuesday Evenings 6-8pm
Begins September 10th, Ends November 26th - (dates are 9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/22, 11/12, 11/26)

Cost: Sliding Scale $150-300 for committed series
